木材设计中的多元视角

由美国建筑师学会上海 | 北京分会主办，美国阔叶木外销委员会（AHEC）鼎力支持的“木材设计中
的文化影响”可持续研讨会于 2024 年 11 月 11 日在北京成功举办。此次研讨会旨在于共同探讨文
化和场地如何影响木材在设计、施工以及建筑结构、室内设计和家具工艺中的应用。此外，AHEC
东南亚及大中华区处长陈席镇先生还详细介绍了近期美国阔叶木出口大中华市场的情况。—美国

The Sustainable Symposium on “Cultural Influence In Wood Design”, sponsored by the American Institute of Architects Shanghai/
Beijing Branch and strongly supported by the American Hardwood Export Council (AHEC), was successfully held in Beijing on November
11, 2024. The purpose of this seminar is to jointly explore how culture and venue affect the application of wood in design, construction,
building structure, interior design, and furniture craftsmanship. In addition, Mr. John Chan, Director of the Southeast Asia and Greater
China Region of AHEC, also provided a detailed introduction of the recent situation of American hardwood exports to the Greater China
